Electrical choices CANNOT be changed so please review these carefully. Electrical is an additional $25 regardless of how many days you are participating.

SET-UP TIMES:

THURSDAY - 2pm-7pm
FRIDAY - 8am- 10am

PLEASE NOTE, set-up on Friday morning will be incredibly difficult as the Festival is right outside the MEC and the loading dock is our main entrance for this event. Please take this into concideration when applying.

Additional Booth Requests

Requests can include requests to be close to friends for bathroom/break relief. Requests to be near the exit/entrance. Requests to be close to the loading dock. Requests to be on the wall with the windows. REQUESTS WE CANNOT FULFILL are wall spaces (as these are 99% for our larger booths) and for a "good spot" as we believe every spot is a good spot.
